Youth choirs to join VOCES8’s LIVE for London festive concerts

The concerts will be available to watch live at 7pm GMT each scheduled event day, or online from the date of broadcast until 15 January 2022.

The fifth online festival from VOCES8, LIVE From London - Christmas 2021, will run from 4 December to 6 January with 13 separate concerts. 

The festive programme of events will feature performances from professional choral and orchestral musicians from across the world, new orchestral arrangements, and readings from renowned actors. 

At each concert a youth choir will also take part, including performances from London Youth Choir, National Youth Choir of Great Britain, iSing, Barnsley Youth Choir, Dr Anthony Trecek-King with Hartt Voices, VOCES8 US Scholars and Gabrieli Roar. 

The events will star soprano Mary Bevan; countertenor Tim Mead; violinists Jack Liebeck and Rachel Podger; actors Richard Leaf and Tamsin Greig; vocal ensembles VOCES8, The King’s Singers, I Fagiolini, Gabrieli Consort & Players, Stile Antico, and Apollo5.

Season tickets covering the first nine concerts are £80, and £115 for all 13 concerts. Single concert tickets are £12.50, with concession prices available.
